      Morning all. Daylight savings time!!! Woohoo so glad winter is almost over. I weighed in at 162.6 today. I do not remember the last time i weighed that. Probably close to 8 years ago.
      Felling good and strong. Gonna be starting a new picture challenge the first day of spring so grab your cute capris, your summer whites or those hot pantts you have been dying to get into and come on down to the challenge forum in the few days to sign up This will be my first time as challenge leader so please take it easy on me. Gonna try to get the post up this afternoon or evening.

        I'm still here! Work and life has me busy, but I'm still here I even managed to exercise last week. whoohoo.. now I"m babying my sore muscles LOL WIMP! The scale seems to be stuck, but I'm not giving up. I think the inches are moving, so the scale should catch up. Feel great!

              Good morning!
              Well, everyones' gone here... dh, ds off to church and dd to work and me off to work soon... this is a long weekend of work work work... and then work... 4 days in a row. Doing pretty good though... yesterday I was surprised to NOT have a headache in the evening... my neck is pretty sore from doing the traction... as it's a new exercise and they said it would be sore, but I think it's helping me... hense the lack of headache!!! yeah!!! (I'd do a double back flip, but I'd hurt myself)

              Realllllllly looking forward to my vacation coming up at the end of the week... Lake Havisu here we come baby!!!! And then dd's bf is coming for a visit. (yeah!)

                Morning Stac'ers!

                Sandy, stay off that scale! Join the weigh, no weigh challenge. Take pictures and measurements. Great job not giving in to temptation.

                hopejoy; I empathise with the work thing, my work schedule has been insane for almost 3 weeks now... solid 80+ hour weeks and the big project roll that was happening last night got called off at 3am! Now we're going on tuesday at midnight. UGH.

                Just hopped on the scale for my weekly weigh-in, DOWN 4.6 LBS and 3.5 inches!! After a couple of 1lb weeks, I'm happy with it. I can see the changes in my body, can't wait to take my next progress pictures on the 19th.

                I really hope I can get this work crap sewn up so I can get back to bikram daily.

                  I'm excited to hear there will be a new picture challenge. The New Year's one was so motivating and I met my goal! I'm not sure why but I lost 5 pounds in a week. The only difference is I added peanuts. Is it possible that a food can actually cause losses? I've also cut way down on dairy so that must be helping too. Either way I'll take it! My ears are so sore today. I went out last night with some friends and the club's music was so loud. I sure hope I didn't damage my hearing. I'll have to bring earplugs next time (just writing that makes me feel old).

                  I'm also half way to my goal and on the downside now...yeah!

                    Afternoon all!

                    Had a lazy morning, trying to get used to the time change was brutal! LOL! Breakfast is done, dishwasher (ds) is doing the dishes, checking posts and emails and then its off to run some errands and do a little housework. Loving this WOE and the changes in my body!

                        Hi Liz.. I can so relate to the neck issues and headaches... I battle this all the time.. I bought a new pillow this week and that helped for one night but not the next.. I literally have a headache every other day from my neck.. I wake up all hours of the night trying to adjust the pillow to keep my neck straight while I sleep so I won't wake up with a headache. I don't have insurance so I haven't been to the doctor or the chiro... But it seems to get worse over time

                        YAY for you not having any headaches..

                          Checking in again.. I went to the birthday party and didn't cheat... Dumb me fixed a stir fry at lunch got it all ready in a small container to take to the party and forgot it GRRR.. So the only thing legal there for me to eat was those many hotdogs..I took the bread off and some Chicken Salad So I ate a little to tide me over until I got back home..

                          I wanted that cake though..But I didn't eat it..

                          Came home ate my stirfry and just boiled me some eggs for my quick breakfast to eat on the road tomorrow since I leave her at 5:25am!
