    Good morning! Wel Im on Day 14 of Induction. On the average, I have lost 7 pounds. No cheats at all this time! I'm up a pound and a half today but I know the scales are funny. My only problem is getting enough to eat becasue I have NO appetite! I plan on staying on induction for a couple more weeks then moving on. Im going to do some more readign on OWL so I know the gist of it.

    Hope everyone has a fabulous day! I know I will!

      Welcome aboard Mimom! Were all here to support each other, hope to (virtually) see your around!

      IT'S WAY TOO EARLY FOR ME! Why is it dark? Why am I up? Why did we have to spring ahead? I'll come around and like it by tonight... I'm just slow to warm

      My goal today is to drink more water and do more squats... I can really feel them in my legs and booty.. that can only be a good thing!

        Well I went up a pound, but I'm not really surprised. Was it worth the flux in my scale and self esteem to drink all that beer on Saturday night? No, and I wish I wasn't too drunk to be able to tell myself that. Alcohol is definately an enemy more than it is a friend. I honestly can hardly believe I'm telling myself this. I've never been anti-alcohol until I realized it was setting me backwards, it's one of the things that has helped me to stay fat over the years.

        No more beer.

          Good morning MiMom! Welcome to the group

          Zara, may I ask where you live in England? My s/o is in Newcastle. Northern England is just gorgeous and so different from Chicago. I love visiting there.

          Well I said I was going to up my exercise and I did. This morning was my usual romp with the dogs but also a 2 mile WATP for abs DVD

          Had an on plan breakfast, water is flowing and I am going to make it a GREAT day!

            Good Morning...I am soooooooooooo sleepy.. 4:30 is just too early to get up! I left my house at 5:25 did a bus run from 6-10...got back home at 10:15...Just ate Breakfast/Lunch and will be leaving again at 11:50 to do a bus run and probably won't be home until 5.. This time change SUCKS.. I couldn't go to sleep last night because of the time change..and now today I feel like I might go to sleep on the bus!...

            So I have 2 cheesesticks, 2 eggs and some porkrinds in my cooler for a back up if I need it before I get back home for dinner.....

            Daughter is home sick again! She went to school last Tuesday I had to pick her up at 11:45.. Wednesday we sent her..had to pick her up at 8am.. Thursday I said you are staying home.. Friday she went.. The weekend no problem.. Today..dad was taking her to school and she decided to throw up all over the running board of his truck.. hey at least she didn't get it in there...lol

            Never a dull moment around here..

                  Good morning all!

                  Quick note to say hi, woke up late and am off to a late start today. Me and BFF stayed up late last night chatting and playing on POGO together! But today we're going to join the YMCA and go swimming! I'm so excited! DH hid the scale on me again, not gonna weigh or take pictures until the end of March so for now putting "numbers" out of my head and just concentrate on eating right, exercising and being POSITIVE! Hope you all have a positive day yourselves, be kind to YOU!

                    Hi All!

                    It's a late entry for me but wanted to drop in and say hi. I don't think I checked in at all this week! I had a great weekend! I did the treadmill and weights on Saturday and an hour and a half of hot yoga yesterday! Tonight it's the treadmill and weights again!!! My bf and I did go to the keg and I was really good except for a few bites of cheesecake! I am down .5 today.

                    I hope to lose 2.5 more this week so I can say I've lose 15 pounds!!!

                    Hope you're all great!

                    Is cooked spinach allowed on induction? I couldn't find it in teh book so I wanted to ask!

                          Howdy STACers,

                          Checking in for the day! Had a good one at work - I had to print out and fetch hardcopies most of the day. So my legs got some opportunities to MOVE! It was pretty sweet! Later, I went up and down some stairs at the hardware store and was stunned by how well they felt.

                          Total 180 from last year at this time!

                              Hi All!!!

                              I am freaking a little. I think I might do a reinduction! Just because I just had thai food. I did as legal a dinner as I could. Shrimp in a soya sauce with rice. I shouldn't have had the rice but the rest was fairly elgal except for any added sugar!!! I didn't even eat half of it so my portions were good and all but the sugar and rice were okay....anyways...

                              I am just feeling mad at myself! I shouldn't, I mean...I've lost 12.5 pounds and that's huge!!! I am so proud of myself for that!!

                              How do you guys get back on the horse. What encourages you to get over the stupid guilt and keep on with the WOL?

                              Just wondering if anyone's felt this way!
