It scared me when I tried. I'm not very fast or strong, I almost fell flat on my face trying!
Its motivational though. I would LOVE to be able to do the things that those people do! I'm hoping that if I keep trying, that I'll be able to do it someday. When I started Slim in 6, I couldn't do it all. Before I started P90X, Slim in 6 was finally easy enough for me. I still sweated up a storm, but I could do the workouts. I think for now, I'll just aim to do a pull-up.
