    Hi all!

    I am here. Slept in today. Been staying up late and it's catching up with me! I wanna start getting a better sleep pattern developing so I'm not sleeping so late. Anyway hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Tuesday full of happiness and fun and no cheating. Drink your water, do some form of exercise or just be active and love yourself!

      Hi all,

      Checking in from Slovakia. We're gearing up to move back to the States in July after I graduate from medical school. My husband is preparing for his American medical exams right now. I'm getting so so psyched about heading back to North America. Easter is a big deal here and the kids have had 1 week off at home. Nice, but it's definitely time for them to get back to school. I have Ariel (9), Kai - 8, Conan (2.5) and Hailey Rose (1).

      Today was a good low carb day but not enough veggies - all out and stores closed. Tommorrow will hit the shops for food. I start back at the hospital tomorrow - my rotations in internal medicine. The end is so near, but I must dig deeper and find that final energy reserve to get me through this final push. It has been a looong six years.

      I made it through Easter cheat-free although I think I ate about 2 oz more cheese than I should have.

Was on guest pass for a week but now after working I have the extra money to join and besides my love for swimming I can't wait to sign up for all the fun classes like Latin Step. And what is Party Trouble's Mexican beef?

          Aloha, it is a beautiful spring day. My boys are on spring break and I'm trying to wrap up a big project from home. Oh the balance of life!
          Shauna.. here's for you..
          Yesterday, someone in the office made mochi and really pushed me to try it. He was so proud of himself! Mochi is made from a special rice that is pounded with sugar to make a sticky sweet (Japanese fashion). I took a small piece and a small bite of that piece and put it in my mouth. I made a big fuss about it, but when I left the office I spit it out. I'm not ready to get my work colleagues engaged in this very personal part of my life.

          Even if it is not correct from a diet perspective, you did the right thing from a human perspective. We need to validate the people that we care about and thank them for wanting to support us. There was a more important principle for you to uphold yesterday.

                I'm still here just haven't been around for a few days for a variety of reasons. All is well, just busy as always, having a bear of a time getting to my yoga class. I have to adjust my schedule so I don't miss that.

                      Thanks.. We didn't go out to dinner nor give any gifts.. I celebrated by eating a Salad last night..lol On the crockpot page on here her recipe is on there...
