  • Thursday March 27th Roll Call

    Good Morning Everyone! Unfortunately I was up at 3:30! I couldn't sleep. GRRRR I have problems with my arms every now and then especially if I lift anything heavy well they were aching so bad this morning like a toothache. So I must have slept on them too long. They are why I couldn't go back to sleep.

    I am taking the WHOLE day off today Going to Water aerobics this morning and then working on cleaning my shed. I am missing some tax paper work I am trying to find.

    Weather here is gorgeous right now.. Sun and warmth makes you feel so much better.

    Made it through 2 days cheat free... And Normally I do great for 2 weeks and then I go down hill again. I need to work hard on keeping on if I want to get into those Capris in my closet.

    My head is not as stuffed up today and my eyes seem better too

      Good Morning All! Sorry you couldn't sleep, Sandy!

      I'm back from Barcelona today and of course right back on the board as soon as I stepped off the plane! I was able to stay cheat free the ENTIRE trip and it was hard! I feel really proud of myself that I stayed on plan while those around me had paella and sangria (and Easter chocolate!)! It really taught me something about just how determined I am to do this. I'm not devastated by seeing myself in the pictures either (like usual for any picture of me!). I'm not loving the pictures of me but they aren't terrible, either! I'll post a few later! Back to reality today sadly, I wanted to stay on holiday! When I stepped on the scale this morning I was one pound down from when I left. What an improvement from gaining on vacation! Hope all have a wonderful day today!

        good morning! feeling pretty good. over two weeks into induction! no cheats or anything! the only thing i really need to work on is my darn cheese intake. gosh i just love cheese and i know i tend to get carried away.

        i'm staying away from the scale too cause i'm feeling kind of bloated/crampy. weird things going on with TOM right now. but i think..i hope..i am making progress.

        anyways...ugh i have a work meeting tonight from 7-8pm. which sucks cause my normal hours are over at 3pm. i hate coming back.

        alright have a super thursday everyone!

          It's gonna be a great day! I can feel it! I am bout to ride the bike and eat well. Focusing on those basics that really keep my humming along!

            Good Morning all! Glad to hear your feeling better Sandy. Welcome Back APanthesilla! Mrs. S, Sorry you have to go back into work. YUCK! OZlover.. Yeah Tomorrow is Friday. I couldn't sleep either.. I swear I am coughing my lungs out. HELP! Is there anything I can take? I think I read somewhere that diabetic cough medicine is ok for induction? I hope all of you AWESOME Stacers have a wonderful day. Enjoy your sunshine.. My weather man is calling for more snow.

                Hi All!

                I have the flu and have been off plan for a bit. Today I am going to get back on the horse after gaining five pounds back (I know a lot of that is water weight so I am not that worried). I have been battling this for a while and it's been running rampant in our apartment. I have the day off from work so I am going to focus on getting better and drinking tons of fluids!

                        Hi everyone. Just restarted Atkins today after stepping on the scale and getting absolutely sick of seeing the weight increase.... to be honest, I have a digital scale and I stepped on it and it said 156.9 (I thought, it must be off how can I be that heavy. If you know anything about digital they often need 'recalibrated' or something). So, I stepped back on it again and it said 152.6. My first reaction was "whoooo", but then I thought "What?! How can you be happy with 152.6!"
                        So, here I am. I am hopefull that this time I will stick with it and learn the actual way of life.

                          Morning all!

                          Had boot camp class last night - was super hard. Did so many lunges and squats my legs are SORE this morning - a good sore though
                          Playgroup is at my house this morning. Since it's Spring Break, I don't know how many people are going to make it.
                          Scale still @ 115. Maybe a little scarf and barf is in order... kidding

                            Ugh! DBF lost his job yesterday. I'm not sure if we'll be keeping the internet or not. I can't pay it with my house payment and all the other bills. I'm freaking out because I don't know how I'll manage without the support here! I need to quit being such a big baby! I did yoga this morning. Ate too much food yesterday. Getting to that point where things can only get better...Hope you guys are having better luck!
