        Good Morning.. I am home...from being away Saturday night and getting home late Sunday... I won't say I was perfect this weekend.. Saturday and Sunday I had some Granola Cereal...and Sunday night I ate a few chips at Youth.. because I was hungry..and didn't have money to go buy anything with me.... But I didn't pig out.. and I resisted the sweets on Saturday and Sunday.. I kept telling myself if I allowed a bite of the sweets that would be it again.. I am still at the weight I was on Saturday morning

        Not working today... After my husband takes my daughter to school we are taking my car to the shop..it sounds terrible.. I hate hate hate being carless... 1 because there is NOTHING here for me to drive.. and I have things to do.. And you remember when I said my son got his truck back after having it taken away for night hunting.. Well he wrecked it and its gotta be worked on.. UGH...

        So please please pray that its something simple to fix on it and that they get it done right away.. I hate when you take your car to the garage cause they take FOREVER

          Good luck with the car, Sandy! And good morning everyone!

          I'm feeling very tired today- I think I'm getting sick but maybe it is just that we lost an hour this weekend! On Sunday I felt so tired I didn't want to move or get out of bed. I have so much more energy than I ever used to on this WOE that it really surprised me how fatigued I felt. That's why I'm thinking it's some sort of bug or something. Hope it's over soon!

          Tonight I have the very last class of my MA degree. All I have to do after tonight is one paper and I'm done! How will I celebrate? I'm thinking steak!

            Hi,

            Just checking in. Had a good weekend. Hoping for a more significant weight loss this week. Starting to study for internal medicine. 7 weeks until exam time! This subject is huge - all of medicine. Hospital in the morning, followed by some lectures on my PC and then read the texts in the afternoon - starting with gastrointestinal. Obesity is one of those topics.

            Amy: way to go!!! You're just about done. What is your MA in? I'm getting so excited being so close to the end. You must be as well.

              So you change time too but at a different time of year.. I hate it when the time changes.. YAY on getting your MA degree.. I say celebrate with Steak and SHRIMP..lol

                Today is Tiger's Opening Day! WOO HOO!!! I love baseball. Anyone else??

                Sounds like everyone has a pretty busy day ahead. I am going to help my Husband hang drywall.. YUCK. I can't believe that I am already starting my 4th week on Atkins. I am so proud of myself.. I am even exercising this time around. Time is flying by. Thank you all for being my support..

                  Peaceful Journey-- the MA is in International Relations and Contemporary Political Theory. Not as practical as medicine!! Congratulations to you for being almost done!!

                  Sandy-- Steak and shrimp!? I like the way you think! Most of my family still lives in the US so it is a good few weeks when you guys have changed times but we haven't yet. It means that I'm only 7 hours ahead of my sister in California and 4 ahead of my parents in Georgia- just that extra hour makes it easier to find a time to talk!

                  Mimom- Have fun hanging drywall! At least it will burn some calories! You are doing so great, 4 weeks! You should be very proud of yourself!

                    good morning all! ooohhhh, monday. what happened to the weekend? i got SO MUCH done in this messy office yesterday so i am feeling good about that. looking forward to a good week at home. my son is home from college for spring break.....gotta hurry thru work and then have some fun!

                        Good morning everyone. Looks like Spring might finally be coming! Lots of bulbs suddenly coming up.

                        TOM is here, so maybe I'll be lucky and get a whoosh by the end of the week. Really looking forward to th 180's. I did weigh 189.5 on my father's scale one day on vacation, but I can't count it, even if I think his scale is more accurate than mine. Can't wait to see it again!

                            Ha ha! I would but I would probably have to go through Heathrow terminal 5 so I wouldn't get there for a week or so! I think I would be more hindrance than help anyway, I don't know the first thing about drywall! I guess this time you will have to reap all the exercising benefits of hanging drywall on your own!
