    Good morning STACer's! Well, I've started exercising in earnest. 60 min morning and night on the treadmill for a total of 6 miles a day. Ate a maintenance type diet this weekend, will be stricter with my carbs or actually keep closer track this week. Between diet and exercise I'm trying to kick start some weight loss. Not much but I'd like to be just under 120. Hopefully running like a maniac will help that. Goal...to run a 5k at 8 min mile pace by my birthday, 5/26

    Feeling pumped for my day. Off to school for me!

      G' mornin' to ya'll!!!
      I'm back from my little vacation over the weekend... had a nice time. Got on the scale... 172.5. Time to reel it in a little and start working harder again. Going to work at doing induction this week and exercising everyday... walking and starting back up on the stationary bike (great legs for summer?) Hoping also to take in a yoga class here and there as well. Back to work today after 2 weeks off... ugh! That's gonna be tough! I could so get used to a life of leisure! Good to see everyone focused here!

        Morning all. I shared this in The challenges forum this morning but i figured i would check in here. I worked my butt off in the yard Saturday and am very sore for it. But i have a happy moment to share. Long story short~i am officially in size 10!!! Ok thanks for listenin'. Have a happy low carb day.

              Well today is the start of week 13 (I think) and I didn't lose anything all week, BUT I am down for the month, 5 -6 pounds and that is awesome for me. Exercise was better today, the pool was a bit warmer.

                late check in. had such a rushed morning today. was literally scrambling my eggs with my coat on ha. phew. but yay the day is done and now i am munching on some yummy salad. happy monday!

                      ha-yeah..mine are turning out to be more and more like this everyday! taking time to stop and think about what you are going to fuel your body with takes effort! and at 5 30am i am not moving too fast! i'm always scarfing my eggs and then running to the catch the bus so i'm not late for work!
