Good morning STACer's! Well, I've started exercising in earnest. 60 min morning and night on the treadmill for a total of 6 miles a day. Ate a maintenance type diet this weekend, will be stricter with my carbs or actually keep closer track this week. Between diet and exercise I'm trying to kick start some weight loss. Not much but I'd like to be just under 120. Hopefully running like a maniac will help that. Goal...to run a 5k at 8 min mile pace by my birthday, 5/26
