    Good morning all! I'm checking in quickly before I go to work because we've got a new internet policy starting today!! No more checking the board at work anymore !

    Hope everyone has a great start to April, let's make this a great month! And I hope no one is getting fooled too badly today!

    i also cant' get on the board at work, so annoying...not that i ever have time anyway, but IF i did, i still CAN'T!!!

    hope everyone has a great day. i ate a piece of cake yesterday, and am craving as a result, so have to buckle down the next 3 days to get back into ketosis. looking forward to it!!!

        Hi, can't sleep! heating up a hot pad for my neck... and going back to bed soon... saying hi though... had a good food day today! I can check in at work but I never ever have time! We are soooo busy! and they just decreased our staffing to 1 less nurse for the spring time staffing! arg! Hope it's not too crazy!

                Good Morning.. I was like wow a lot of check ins.. But I see some of you really checked in last night... Cause its only 6am here..lol

                Had a great Monday... Ate right.. Got more stuff done for my taxes...almost ready for my Turbo Tax program..

                Car still in the shop.. Not looking good..have to replace a lot.. Water Pump, Starter, belts, pulleys.. Over $650.. But it should run great after that.. I hope anyway... I want a new car..just don't want payments and higher insurance..

                Still not working...I am not going to drive my husbands truck to make $8.66 an hour.. He gets way less gas mileage then my car... And sometimes they have me driving all over town... I do have to go to a 2 hour training service at my daughter's school...

                You know isn't it sad that we have to think..Hmm am I really wasting a lot of money in fuel to go to A or B.....and not making that much to begin with..

                  Good morning. I am working harder than ever to keep things flowing in my world. I've been swamped with work and transitions since January and things are in a very interesting state...Some times I forget whether I've even been here and it use to be such a central part of everything.
                  Biking goals of 50 miles this week, and I am starting a new school this morning!

                    good morning. so discouraged today. stepped on the scale and i am UP almost 4 lbs! SERIOUSLY?! i'm just really bummed. i have totally not been doing this induction with any cheats...no "one bite here". Ugh. I don't understand. It has been over three weeks and I've lost 1 lb and then gained it back plus some. aaaawesome.

                    ugh. i better make some breakfast before i'm late for work!

                        Mrs. S.. It could possibly just be water weight. (maybe your close to TOM) I am starting my 4th week and the scale hasn't moved at all. I just keep telling myself that eventually the weight will come off with all my hard work and determination. Keep your head held high and keep on chugging.

                          It's going to be a long week here. My direct supervisor is out for a couple of weeks - sick - and there is a fierce competition between two co-workers to establish who is "in charge" in her absence. Ridiculous. It's like two heavyweights fighting over an anthill.

                          I'm ten pounds down from last week. I thought I was twelve down, but I weighed myself right after a workout on Saturday, and ate like a piggy all weekend. I stayed with legal foods, but I had too much of them. So, two pounds came back, which is depressing, but I'll get there.

                          I still have a number goal in mind, but an immediate goal is to weigh less than my Dad. That'd be some day, indeed.

                          Stay on target, everyone. Eyes on the prize.

                              Well, no foolin' I pulled out my DANDR and decided it's time for OWL on the way to pre-maintenance. I haven't read it in a long time. Probably because up to a certain point, induction and the first few rungs, I pretty much have it memorized. But, like I've said before I'm exerciseing a lot lately and decided that made looking at my diet and keeping better track of carbs important. I tend to allow myself anything, eventually, when I'm exercising. Bad habit.

                              With less than 10 pounds to goal the book says I should be in pre-maintenance. I've never gotten that far before and not sure how long to OWL before that but am sure I'll figure it out.

                              Well, that's me today. Off to kiss DD and DH and send them off to school and work. Then running/exercising for me, breakfast, homework and school.
