    Morning All

    I'm going to take my photos again today (one month on). It will be interesting as I have only lost 4 pounds since the last pics but lots of inches.

    I still haven't budged in weight for two weeks despite being strict on holiday... hoping for a whooshie soon.

      Good Morning.. Happy Thursday.. Its the last day of school before our Spring Break.. I of course have been off the whole week since my car is in the shop.. It should be ready either Friday or Monday.. I sure hope Friday... I hate having to juggle vehicles around here...

      I NEED a Whooshie... But it won't come...GRRRR... But I am still hanging in there..

        Realized last night that I've lost 1# since Easter & was grateful for that glorious pound! In a bit of a stall I do believe. Time to get serious with the exercising. Now that the snow is melting I'll be able to get outside to walk.

          Good morning. Still waiting for that whooshie too. Usually my rings are almost falling off, but this morning they were tight. Will I still weigh myself? Probably! LOL!

            Hi All,

            Just checking in. Still no taste for eggs. Looked up 3 main course recipes and bought ingredients - now just need time to cook. At least I feel better I planned. I still can't seem to get beyond some salami and cheese as a no-prep, on the go snack. Anyone else with some great ideas for quick snacks?

                Good Morning all.. Just checking in. I hope everyone has a great day.. I have to go to my daughter's Kindergarten class today and work centers. I woke up this morning with severe pain.. (TOM) a week early. Maybe that is where this darn 6 pounds came from.??? Anyway..

                          I'm here and I'm happy today, my trousers are falling off me at work! I'm literally holding them up while I walk-- it's not a cute look! I don't have a lot of money but I think new trousers are in order!

                          Yesterday in the cafe where I buy my daily lunchtime salad I also ordered a sandwich for a friend and the guy making them stopped and said, "Can't be for you!" He's the same one who calls me a rabbit for eating so many veggies!

                          I hope the whooshie fairy pays us all a visit soon- do you think she's like Santa Claus and can visit us all in one night?

                            Mornin!

                            Nothing to report on today. Had boot camp class last night and man! I am one sore chickie this morning!
                            Hubby is taking the day off, so I get a little bit of a break (yippeeee!)
                            I think I'm going to take today off from the gym and let my body rest a bit. Tomorrow is BOSU class.

                              Morning all!!!!!!!!

                              Well I jumped back on the wagon FULL FORCE! I am doing a completely clean induction, the way it SHOULD be done and climbing the rungs after. Yesterday I drank 100ozs. of water, Had bacon and eggs for breakfast, some chicken breast and provolone wrapped over celery for lunch, and steak, green beans and mushrooms for dinner and I worked out for 85 minutes for 4.5 miles on the treadmill! I woke up EARLY this mornin' and feel GREEEEAT!
                              I'm back---thanks to all the wonderful support dear friends!


                              This morning I'm making a steak cheese and mushroom omlette with the leftovers from dinner with 2/3 cup of green beans and crumbled bacon. Going to class then working out at the Ymca, hitting lunch for a bunless cheeseburger and spring salad, then back to my second class. Dinner tonight? Some hot wings! Gonna get my 100 ozs of water in today too!

                              HAVE A GREAT LOW CARB DAY EVERYONE!!!!!
