Morning STACers!
I am a bit fed up this morning. Almost three weeks since the scale moved.... I am going to have a mega water today, cut out coffee and have high fat and obviously low carb food. I am hoping this will do the trick and then I can reintroduce coffee and see if that's my problem.
Planning to have mock danish for breakfast, cheese and bacon salad for lunch and chicken and courgette (zuchini) for dinner. And LOTS AND LOTS of water.
