OK, I am late but I am here. Starting my third week. Have dropped 5 so far but went back up one. This past weekend I started lifting weights again and that always seems to temporarily screw my weight loss up until my bod decides that this is the way it is going to be. I think I may be using a bit too much cream, too. Will be checking that. But I can see the inches are better in the mirror so I will ignore the scale for now. I am new and in the intro section if anyone is wondering who the heck this is. Jill
