I'm signing up for the second time around club
I started Atkins again last Monday 4/7, the first time I had great results, but then tried something different and I am just not getting results. I quit smoking in November and I know that messes with your metabolism, but this is nuts!!! I started charting my weight in January (I weigh daily) and my weight alway fluctuates so much like 2-3 lbs a day. Since I've started back on Atkins I'm not seeing an increase in fluctuation, I weighed 146 when I started and today 140. My weight has been steady..either going down or staying the same. Guess this is a WOL for me--
