  • Hi everyone!

    I'm signing up for the second time around club I started Atkins again last Monday 4/7, the first time I had great results, but then tried something different and I am just not getting results. I quit smoking in November and I know that messes with your metabolism, but this is nuts!!! I started charting my weight in January (I weigh daily) and my weight alway fluctuates so much like 2-3 lbs a day. Since I've started back on Atkins I'm not seeing an increase in fluctuation, I weighed 146 when I started and today 140. My weight has been steady..either going down or staying the same. Guess this is a WOL for me--

      Welcome back Tabby.... Congrats on the non smoking! Good job.. I quit smoking on the 5th of this month... So far so good! Sounds like you are doing great on your diet so far.. I got on the scale last night of course after I had did my 2 miles on the treadmill and eaten dinner and the scale went up. So I took the scale laid it upside down on the bed and when my husband came in the room I told him to take that scale and hide it from me!
      But I just started back on Monday the 14th so i am going to wait until the 28th to weigh again to see how much i lost on induction... So keep your fingers crossed for me that i dont go looking for that scale...
