Anyone try Atkins and tae bo? I think I will use the Tae Bo plan as my exercise routine. What do ya think?

My wife did it and she had good results. You just need to stick with it. As with anything else. basically you want to get your heart beat elevated for 30-40 minutes 4-5 times a week. So if you have fun with TaeBo then it is good for you.
The key is to keep consitant and keep doing it.
