I have been back on this WOE for nine weeks now. I have lost nine pounds and have been going up and down with the same 3 pounds again and again. I am walking 5-7 miles a day at 4 mph, lifting weights 2-3 times a week and eating on rung 2 about 1800 cals a day. (I keep track religiously on fitday) have lost inches but the scale is truly stuck and today I was actually up a couple pounds (probably sodium related but still annoying) I am ticked
that nothing is happening and needed to vent a bit. I am sticking with it and will continue to do so but I just want to let out a big ole yell to the whooshy fairy that I am here and waiting!!!
