    Re: Roll Call Thursday 5/29

Hello.. I desire to find some way to lose weight with a program that I can do without thinking about it constantly. I am doing nothing right now but eating bad food... Because things are so stressful financially....I just can't buy the stuff that I need.. 10 packs of Ramen Noodles are Cheap.... The other stuff isn't

Oz---that's a great post! I love that quote. I just want to make it through 14 days of Induction without hurting anyone, lose some major water/fat, and regain the energy.

Sandy I truly (really I do) understand financial strain. I hope you'll be able to look at your budget and squeeze out enough to find the frozen veggies and stay close to this way of eating as you can with exercise.

Sandy, the first time I did this WOE I had to do it with frozen veggies and hot dogs.

Thankfully now, Walmart has bags of frozen chicken breasts (like 6 or 7 breasts per bag) for $5.70 and I've budgeted well. I feed a family of three this WOE for $50 a week. It really is only a descision away.

I noticed when I stopped doing Atkins my groceries were more expensive. You naturally don't want to eat all day when your body is in ketosis. Make a list of all the things you want to accomplish that take time. Start back on this WOE and everyday do something or a few things on that list to get your mind of food until it comes naturally.

spirittalker- i know i'm good on the water. generally 100 ounces a day. and never below 80. calories i'm not sure bc i'm not tracking them but i think i will start. maybe that is the problem. fortunately i work at a hospital so if it continues i will get some lab work done and make sure it's not something unrelated to this woe. thanks
