    WOW! I'm actually the first post! Hehe, so keeping strong, know I'm in ketosis. Weight loss is going slow though and Im really hoping it's due to TOM. Hope everyone has an excellent day

    Doing great today...Been up since sunrise or actually well before that. Getting myself really in a great zone. Eating right makes me feel great...Exercise is truly a power point for me. I am getting ready to write out a post on this.

      okay so yesterday was a false start. man i hate the first few days. i get on such a roll on this wol. you could stick every sweet in the world in front of me and i'd smile and pass it along. but once you faulter, it is hard to say no. yesterday it started with some dark chocolate hershey kisses. but i gotta snap out of it. this is what happened about a year ago. and i will not let myself go all summer like i did last time. so my bag is packed with some veggies and other "good" treats. wish me luck!

        Mrs. S, keep your eyes on the prize and don't let the hurdles trip you up. It's hard but you know it's worth it.
        I am feeling moderately better today. Frankenfoods invaded my life for a few days there to the point where i seriously felt like death. I haven't weighed in in a few days because I simply do not feel like seeing the number which I fear has crept back up. I am just going to stick to the plan for now and weigh in when I am feeling like a million bucks again.

          just checking in before work. took a rest day from my walk, atleast for this morning. i may still try go get it in tonight after work.

          hubby is very supportive of me in my choice to return to this woe, and i know he's benefitting from it too, since he's eating the same things i am when i fix our meals. even though he's still eating some junk food, he's atleast having healthy meals. the best thing about it is i'm not tempted by anything he's got in the house that i can't have.

            I'm on day 21, tomorrow is weigh day, so I'm hoping for a loss. Today I feel great. I have my energy back and have been going like the energizer bunny! I've even washed some windows and I hate washing windows!!

                Hi ya'll here at work zoning out, i am tired think I'm gona call it an early day-YA RIGHT like that is gona happen. it is day 7 for me and I can honestly say I do not miss bread, pasta, sweets. Hope everyone has a wonderful wonderful blessed day!

                  Day 4 of my re re re re re re start...lol Seriously I have no clue how many times I have started...lol Its the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! I don't know who is more excited me or my daughter...lol

                  Anyway we are celebrating with dinner out later.. Most likely Golden Corral where I have lots and lots of choices for food...

                    Mornin!

                    Heading out to spin class in a bit. No gym tomorrow - Nicholas, my 2 year old is having another set of tubes put in his ears - set #1 has fallen out and the ear infections have returned. They are also yanking his adenoids this time. So I'll have one grumpy boy tomorrow (actually, I'll still have 3 grumpy boys - 4 if you count my spouse - they're always gripping about something!-ha!)

                    I think this weekend we are taking the urchins to see "Kung Foo Panda" - cartoons drive me bat crap crazy, but it should be fun nonetheless...Has anyone seen it?

                      Good morning! Sorry, I haven't seen the Kung Fu Panda, but Indiana Jones was awesome!

                      I love that term Frankenfoods! Many, many (many, many, many....) of my restarts failed miserably, and I think it was because of these types of foods. I get the idea that I can low carb any old way I want and it just doesn't work that way. I know it's not going to work when the only recipes I'm looking for are bread substitutes and treats of all kinds. This time has been different though, I haven't eaten any of those types of foods.

                      Okay, so it's only day 5 but I haven't derailed yet and that in itself is amazing! Usually I'm ripping my eyes out by now. Fat....the secret is fat. I can't believe I've been doing Atkins (on and off) for 5 years and didn't really know that. Duh.

                        Good morning! I was up before the sun was because of the garbage truck coming around the neighborhood about 5am...nice.

                        I'm pumped and ready to go. I've been fearing keeping with my exercise while my FIL is here. Food and exercise is planned out and ready. I'm ready.

                          Here. The heat wave broke here in the East and it feels like a great day today! Will walk in the cooler evening air tonight and am looking forward to grilling tonight without feeling like I am the one being grilled! LOL
