Last night I made cupcakes with my kids, I thought I was strong enough to not eat any as I have done it in the past. I really should of known better with the frame of mind Im in, so of course I licked the spoon and had a couple mouth fulls.
which lead to me having a total of 3 cupcakes no doubt kicking me out of ketoses.
Today I woke up feeling sluggish. I have been drinking lots of water and just trying to not beat myself up to much and put it down to I wont be making cupcakes for awhile. I need to get on track and stop wondering off, I dont know what my problem is.
