    Stick with it. Whatever it is, this diet works, stick with it. Dig deep and make the behavior changes so that you really do loose the weight and begin to live at higher levels of the life you want. Food and weight can totally weigh you down, and smother you from this great life you can live.

    I am living out so many dreams because of this weight loss. It only took a year of consentrated hard work, and focus. Stick with it, keep working it out, keep getting up and making today "the day"...

    I am telling you, the life of activity, and energy and confidence can be achieved with focus, committment and alot of hard work and honesty!
    Stick with it. Stick it out, and find good foods your body can energize with and enjoy!

    Hi Jess, That's a great message for all of us.

    I won't be around as much as I was because we opened our orchard to the public yesterday and I will be spending all my time at the sales shed now, but know that I'm with you all the way and missing being on here all the time.

          Hey everyone, Great message to remind us all Jesse. I like reading things like that to remind me to focus and keep my eye on the prize.

          Im doing good, two days of clean induction. I dont think I ate enough yesterday I ate spread out but not allot I only got 750 cals and 5 carbs total for the day so need to make sure I eat a bit more today. I plan on working out at PT and then heading to the mall with a girlfriend to pickout some cute clothes for this weekend when my husband gets home for 2 weeks from Iraq. I cant wait Im so excited he has not seen me since I lose 26 lbs so hes going to be suprised =)

                    Great message to start the day, Jesse. I had an amazing sleep last night. Truly rested today. Am going to try for a long walk tonight. Got errands to run all day and I am going for a manicure which is a HUGE treat for me.

                        Good Morning all!

                        Wonderful, true message Jess. Thank-you for starting my day off right!

                        I'm VERY sore here from my new DVD, but I feel great about it at the same time. I'm also very tired...was up late last night making all sorts of things for the week so we will be sure to eat right even when we are tired. Busy few days ahead, but I have a plan and I can do it! Going to get a good night's sleep tonight so I'll be refreshed tomorrow.
