    Made it up for a 1.5 mile walk, took it easy on myself because that 3 miles yesterday left me sore. Plus I had to get home to get ready for work.

    It was nice that the energy fairy arrived, because they needed help in a second department today and I ended up working 11 hours, still needed to grocery shop, and still had the 'oomph' to cook when I got home!

      Hi Everyone-

      Still here and doing well...staying OP with eating, water, and exercise (doing much better with exercise this time around!). I still have not weighed myself because I feel so great and I don't want to get lost in the pound madness! I am already noticing things jiggle less when I walk and my suit pants feel more loose...all good things. This week is TOM so when it's over I'm going to weigh and measure.

      DBF went to the doctor for a physical today and he is down 10 lbs. since I started him on Atkins on July 9th! I'm so proud of him and he said he already feels much better...now I just need to get him to incorporate more exercise! He has about 20-25 lbs left to go to be at his ideal weight. I'm not sure how much I have since I've avoided the scale, but I started out needing to lose about 30 lbs. give or take.

      We'll see what next week brings.

      Tonight I'm home to do the 30 Day Shred DVD and run a mile and then make us dinner on the grill and relax for a bit. I so look forward to my workouts now!
