Like many others, I had success 5 years ago with losing 25 lbs. and have gained them all back
and it's frustrating. I know Atkins works and I feel much better when I eat that way, but I need to know how some of you keep yourselves on track. I am not a big vegetable eater anyway and since I've restarted sooooo many times, the thought of eating another salad just is not appealing at all! I'm reading the book and induction info again and I know I want to do this, but have to figure out how to do it without eating so many vegetables!
