I started on Atkins about a year ago then let it go. I'm started the induction phase again a few days ago and have already lost weight.
In checking the Atkins website, three things appear to have been added to the Induction phase that were not allowed before:
- a small amount of caffeine
- diet soda
- Atkins food bars
I'm glad for the additions however I want to make sure I understand correctly. Somewhere in this forum I read that ya'll "go by the book." I got my book last year and none of the above were allowed during Induction phase.
Please advise. Thank you.
