Happy Monday Everyone!!
This is the end of Week 6 for me .... I hope to someday lose the habit of coutning weeks
Making one small commitment to myself each week. This week I comit to doing cardio for 45 mins sessions - no more of these 30 min sessions. I KNOW I can squeeze an extra 15 mins out of my day to support my commitment to myself, my health and a better body!
