  • Goals for week of 9.29

    Just wanted to write these down somewhere:

    No coffee/diet coke (start of third week without)
    No pork rinds ( :-( )
    Walk five evenings for at least 30 minutes.
    NOTHING off plan (especially bloomin' onions)

    Hmm, anything else?

      I've mastered the water drinking. That isn't a goal anymore, that's a given.

      But one more thing:
      No SugarFree Candy

          Funny you should mention that. I was taking them daily before the move and like a lot of other things, dropped them after the move. My routine is soooo disrupted.

          Last night I was looking for some tylenol and picked up the bottle of multivitamins from the top of the medicine cabinet.

          Good one.

              Well, I had one diet coke on Saturday. And I walked four nights instead of five. I also ate a low carb bar on Saturday.

              So, I'll keep the same set of goals and see if I can do it this week. Tuesday morning is Weigh Day so hopefully the goals worked.
