    Good morning STACers

    First week of induction over and seven pounds down

    Am enjoying the food and making sure I have a good variety. I can't believe the portions I am eating now compared to what I used to eat! Having said that, if I am hungry I do eat away.

              Good morning everyone. I haven't been around much lately but today is the last day of a clean induction for me. Finally!! I've been trying to get my groove with this for the better part of this year and it finally seems to be falling into place. I didn't even blow it on Halloween (mind you, I didn't buy any candy, so that made it a lot easier)!

                So.. I have been lurking for awhile and finally decided to post. I have been struggling on and off for the past few months gaining and losing the same 10 pounds. I have finally made a decision to stop eating all the baked goods and candy and get myself back in gear.

                I am checking in with a cheat free day so far.. I am hoping I have the strength to continue a clean 2 week induction.

                    I'm not lazy...I live in Hawaii so it's just 7am here now. Anyway, I'm starting day 2 of a clean induction and feel, like Tamster, focused and determinted!

                      good morning everyone! Entering my second week induction today! I am feeling good. Yesterday was a bit strange. I went to church, where there was communion. Which I did participate in. Well. at our church that means a cracker like wafer and a small thimble of grape juice. Crud. I didnt feel okay about not participating though. So, I hope I didnt throw myself off too bad.

                        Hi all! I just finished my 2 week induction and have lost 13 Lbs. I'm pretty excited about that. I took before and after pics after the two weeks was up but was pretty dissapointed that I couldn't see ANY difference. My husband laughed and said it had only been two weeks and to give it time. lol. I know he's right but still, you want to take those pics and see something.

                        I feel good still. I find that I have to make myself eat because I have NO appetite. Which is good and bad I guess. I discovered that yesterday when I wanted a dessert of some kind, I could make a fabulous simple thing to fix that. I mixed cream cheese, vanilla extract and a packet of splenda and it tasted exactly like cheesecake filling. I quickly found out that after a few bites, I no longer wanted any. I was satisfied. Have I mentioned I LOVE ATKINS!!!!! Keep up the good work everybody! Till next time.

                              Here's wishing you all a beautiful day

                              Day One of Induction for me. Hope the third time is the charm. I'm doing okay today, despite a lousy cold. I'm drinking TONS of water. Appetite really isn't an issue for me right now, because of the cold. All I want is SLEEP!
