    Well, another day is here. What are you going to do today to make it a 100% day. I've recently gone from endurance sporting events to a shift of seasons, and am now weight training.
    One way is long and slow, and enduring. The other is short and quick and you must rally all of your energies and deal with intensity. Giving it 100% in weight and resistance training will give us results that are pleasing to the eye.

    Made me consider where I give and where I do NOT give 100%. It was a challenging thought, for sure.

    When you give it all you've got here on Atkins and leave the results to your body's timing. Things go well, you start living at a higher level. You will eventually get what you are wanting. When you cut corners and slip around and give in or don't follow through on water or exercise, eventually this could lead to quitting because results did not come your way.
    Keep in mind this is a very specific way of eating, dial it in just like the books says, and in time, you will get what you are looking for. But if you follow the book you will also realize the bigger challenge is keeping it and not burning out!

    Good morning STACers! I'm feeling better today but still have a sore throat and cough. I will do my strength training and maybe swim later in the evening. I have my eating back under control after a weekend of eating a few things I wish I hadn't. I expect today to be a great one for me and hope it's great for you too!

      Hi Guys
      I was hoping for a trip to the gym this morning whilst the kids were at nursery but Georgia has a terrible cold so had to stay home. It looks unlikely that she will be better tomorrow so will quash any plans for the gym tomorrow too... I will have to make time at the weekend instead.
      I am loving the food and varying my menu a lot. I am not craving a thing! It's great!

        Yesterday night I threw up my dinner... I had waves of nausea, which I usually get when I go into ketosis for some reason, but it's never been enough to make me actually puke. ?? I don't know what that was about...

        But, I'm back... about to go make deviled eggs for breakfast,
        I'll probably have grilled veggies with chicken for lunch,
        maybe some Curry Cauli-Beef bake for dinner...

          Things are going well here - not much to report on.
          Off to the gym for some running and weight training.

            Jess, thank you for that post this morning. It was the perfect size kick in the butt that i've been needing recently.

            I *need* to get in the 10mile run I've been avoiding and i *need* to do some weights today. I (obviously) have not been giving 100%, but am still expecting to see the results that happen when I have.

            That really sucks about dinner, plsmachic. Hope your body agrees more with you today.

              ugh! when I go into ketosis, I just get that nasty ketosis breath. sorry you get nauseous!
