Wow, I can't believe it's pushing 9am here and no one has a roll call started yet!
Well, I'm finally over being sick 100% (see my other post industion flu... carbage... etc. - and I lost like 3 lbs. from being sick
) and I started my breakfast off right with some deviled eggs!!
I also joined some exercise challenges last night to keep myself accountable and I set my goals low so I know I would make myself finish what I've committed to.
And, I think this also makes me realize I need to view the diet the same way. Low goals, no need to set my mind on my goal weight... how about making it through bfast with no carbs? Or a day? Then give myself a pat on the back and keep moving forward... do a little exercise, eat something new, etc.
