    Happy Friday! It's been a pretty good week, and boy, am I ready for the weekend! I will be staying on plan, and hoping DH will be doing some cooking on the grill for meals this weekend. Why does everything taste better when it's cooked outside?

    Congrats to everyone who is doing well, keep up the great work! Hope you all have a wonderful, on-plan weekend.

      Happy Friday afternoon to everyone. I'm on day 5 of induction and not having any trouble...actually I'm excited to get up in the morning and get on with the day. I wasn't going to ... but I got on the scale this morning and was pleasantly surprised that 7 pounds have left my body, never to return!

      I hope everyone has a great weekend ... stay on track and keep going forward with this WOE.

        Thanks TLB! You are right about concentrating on my weigh in and how good it will make me feel to see the results and that I stayed on plan. I'll have to keep thinking that as they serve me the food. And also I am supposed to weigh in on the 14th but I will not be back until the 16th so, I'll try to make that my motivation thought.

          Hi Tangotori! Sorry to hear you fell! I hope you recover from it quickly. I tend to fall all the time (I can be very clumsy) so I am just waiting for my first slip and fall on this ice (firt time in my life that I am living in the snow)... Have a lovely weekend!
