    Hello Everyone!

    I'm playing hookey from work today. Had a long work-day yesterday, felt zonked when I came home last night... when I woke up this morning all I wanted to do was roll over and go back to sleep. So... took at "personal health day" Got my lazy bumm up at close to 11 and now I'm sitting in my PJs, eating a yummy ham and cheese omlette, checking in her at ADBB and watching a little TV. Heaven!

    For my free afternoon I'm going to start cleaning out and converting one of our basement rooms into a workout space

    It'll be a good day!!

    Julie - what a drag about no electricity! Glad to hear that it didn't last too long.
    Cheribaby - glad to hear you're feeling a little bit better!
    Steady - Hang in there! That crabby feeling will go away, especially with sunny weather on the radar!!
    Cruisergal - Good for you! I have all my skinning clothes in the attic and I'm soooo looking forward to bringing it all down AND getting rid of my fat clothes for good!!
    Momto - BMI inprovement is excellent news to share! Congrats!!!

        Hello All, I'm here and having a good day! Yesterday was so ick so it is important for me to remember that good days follow the bad ones!

        I'm off to do some yoga with my Rodney Yee DVD- I'm preparing to have my behind kicked! It's so hard! Eventually though, I will be able to do it no problem! Right?

        I hope all are well and having a great day! And even if you aren't, just remember that tomorrow will be better!!

          Hi everyone! Another quick check in since it's late here. I'm still on track and doing great. My weigh-in is coming up soon, so hopefully I'll see a change as far as the numbers go. I guess it would be time to break out the tape measure too!
