    Late check-in again today... I opened at work today again. But, I had an on-plan day

    Weighed in this morning and happy with what I saw.
    And, I measured myself. Happy there also.

    I'm just gonna keep on truckin' along

    I made this (induction-friendly) for dinner:

    Pizza... Yeah, Pizza

    It was great.

      Checking in! I'm doing great... on track and focused. I'm so thankful for the kids and all the housework and errands I have during the day to help keep my mind off of cravings! lol I had an awesome workout today and have been benefiting from the endorphins all day long! I'm having to do a bit of H.I.T.T. training in order to get out of this stall I've hit, but I'm not letting it discourage me at all. Especially since I'm seeing my belly shrink and I'm fitting into my old "skinny" clothes! WooHoo!

      I'm staying positive, I hope everyone else is too!

        Howdy! My day was spent at Dad and Mom's, taking care of them. They don't have the things in their house that I can eat, so I usually take a few things with me. I still did pretty good. I rode my exercise bicycle, so maybe that will kick start my weight loss again. Making that an everyday thing!

          I bet it was great, I'll probably make it tomorrow! I think just reading about the pizza goodness caused an insulin spike and knocked me out of ketosis. Looks great, and the numbers work for me. Thanks Plsmachic!!

            i've made that pizza before..it used to be one of my regular staples a few years ago lol! my roommate would be like "what the..." haa. i should definitely make it again soon. i do have a bit of a cheese problem that i need to keep in check so i'll have to save it for a special treat.
