This is my first post since my introduction and
I guess I have joined STAC because I added the banner?
My motto for tomorrow? No more second time SLOP. I think that is the problem i'm having this last week...not measuring anything at all, and WAY too much nicotine gum that I think is the main reason I'm stalled. I'm switching back to the patch for a few more weeks and resolve to weigh measure and record carb grams! I also resolve to 1. research adn get some high quality supplements
2. add some induction friendly flaxsead meal everyday that isnt gross. Suggestions?
I'm going to try to post a lote more but I'm having a hard time. I have a 2-year-old, 30+ hours of work from home, and 20 hours of childcare. So I spend every nigh before bed playing "catch up" in addition to all the household stuff.
