  • Wednesday January 29th Roll Call

    Another day, another 2 lbs off. I am down to 276. My calories intake was about 1600 yesterday, so I was surprised I lost so much.

    I am going to be getting some work done today. Lots of school work to make up. Hope everyone else has more fun planned on this beautiful day!

    Good morning all. I'm taking a vacation day today, enjoying my morning coffee and watching the snow fall. It's beautiful! I will definitely go for a walk. Did not drink enough water yesterday; need to make up for it today. Hope none of you are caught in that nasty Ice Storm. Stay warm, and stay on plan!

      I am caught in the ice storm and it's beautiful outside. We are getting sleet right now.

      I'm pretty much on plan but could have done better yesterday so today I'm going to do better.

        Good Morning All!
        I'm a finally a loser again, and proud of it. First pound in a few days, but you can't lose 2 or 3 everyday. I'm at 2 for the week, so it's a good week. I hope everyone has a great day.

          Hello All, I've got company staying with me this week and it is SO draining. I don't know what I did before I had the extra energy from this WOE! Thankfully a daily walk is helping me keep it together a bit!

            Snowing here with a prediction of up to 20". This is my scheduled day off~~I'll stay right here in the warmth of my home!

                Good morning all! Another beautiful sunny day here. Got a little bit of a late start this morning....slept in! The scales started to move this morning, so I'm happy. That extra long work out last night worked, so I'll do it again after our wings night, tonight!

                  Went to the doctors for more advice and meds (tired of bumping up against the diabetes) and weight in there. 8 pounds down in 11 days.. whoo hoo!! hopefully by thursday it will be an even 10..

                          Hiya
                          Checking in before I eat dinner. Chicken, cauliflour butter, garlic and mayo.. Had another 30th today at mine (for a friend) there was chips, dips, pizza, quiche, chocolate, sausage rolls and the list goes on..

                          I had cheese and sausage.. (then had some courgettes in butter after they left).. and threw the leftovers in the bin.

                          Definatley still feel lighter but scale this mornign said I gained 5lbs (nearly died), moved the scale a couple inches forward and it said I lost 4 pounds???????????/ WHAT.. so I started moving the scale round the house (we have wooden floors).. and the reading was different everywhere.

                          Gotta get me a new scale

                            Congratulations to all the losers and those that kept to plan!

                            Freezing drizzle, here, but was able to get out today. Took ds to doctor. May go back to school tomorrow, probably 2 hours late.

                              Hi everyone!

                              Congrats to all the losers...I am also back to being one as well after three weeks of nada, so I am very excited to see what the next week brings as a wrap up my first month of induction. I am down 9lbs as of last week, definately would love to make it an even 10lbs for the first month! Only time will tell!
