    I read this and chuckled because this type of thing happened to me too this week. I weighed-in at 158 Lbs. Got all excited and took my clothes off to see if I could get a pound more off and it showed that I gained up to 161, without clothes!!

    I too have to get a new scale.

      Hello all! Late checking in today. Got on the scales this am after a few days of resisting, only to find myself up 2 pounds. I believe this was a result of snacking yesterday - on legal foods, though. I know that one of my big problems has always been snacking, even when not hungry. I do much better if I don't eat between meals during the day. I guess until I can control the snacking thing, I'm better to just avoid it altogether. Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me? Well, at least I know what the problem is and how to fix it.

          I'm here, snowed in in a hotel room in Lexington, KY. Have internet access so I'm okay, haven't been able to weigh this week but on plan and jeans feel looser!

            Good evening, all! Just checking in and saying hello. I had a fairly good day today, with no cheating, the only thing is, I didn't have a great lot of food to eat today. I think I made up for it this eveing though, with fried cauliflower and bacon. It was so good! After I ate, I rode my bike for 30 minutes. I feel wonderful!!!
