It has to be low sodium (so no pepperoni, bacon, etc) and I'd love something that I can make up today for the week. Last week I made a spinach quiche for breakfast and had shepherds pie for dinner (both recipes from Linda's Low Carb site).
This week, for breakfast especially I need some different ideas. I love eggs, can't eat bacon anymore, love lots of different veggies.
