    Can't believe I'm the first one here! have a wonderful legal day all!

    I was here earlier, but I had to get the kids to school and couldn't start the roll call today. Thanks for picking up my slack . I think I have undone the damage from Superbowl Sunday, all legal, but a lot of it. Hope everyone has a great day.

      Good morning all! I'm here today too! MY 2 lb. gain yesterday was superficial, so that's awesome, I'm back to my 172.6!

      The scale is moving like molasses the last 10? days, but I'm feeling good about my progress

      I'm off to take on the day!

          Good morning! Snow here, last night, but not much. About 2", but enough to make us two hours late to school. Nice little sleep in and no major rush this morning!! More snow showers tonight and tomorrow, so who knows what that will bring.

          Losing inches if not pounds. Happy about that. My jeans are definitely bigger on me.

            Good morning STACers! Doing well today, very happy not to see lbs due to my friend TOM and his wonderful water retaining abilities. Scale is still moving in the right direction! YEAH! Maybe, ill get a nice woosh at the end of the week! Have a great cheat free day!

              Good Morning STAC'ers. Happy Tuesday

              Today is my official first month. I haven't weighed yet (I will before my shower). Feeling stronger and in control is a great trade off. My first month was spent getting back in control and habituated to my new lifestyle.

              This next month I will be challenging myself to get 30 minutes if physical activity daily. Having a gimpy knee will limit me (((hope it gets better))). But I will manage to increase my activity and get my heart rate eleveated to a beneficial level for 30 minutes (mininmum) daily.

              Any one care to join me?

                  OK TJ just for you. .... I jumped on and it was over 225. I got off and leveled it out and it came up at 210- I know this is not right so I weighed one more time and it was right on 217..... I know I could jump on & off all day and go up or down so I will take the 217. I wish it were 210 but I feel entirely to bloated (girl stuff) to be that weight.

                  I think next month I will purchase a digital scales. This scales is only a couple of years old but I would like something a tad more accurate.

                    Well TJ... when I weighed in this a.m. I was 217.6
                    For the graph chart I keep I'm rounding up to 218.
                    But you wait... I'll be below 217 in a few days!! I'm determined
