    Good morning to all! I am here starting 3rd day and so far so good! I made the Cheeseburger quiche last night and actually had a piece for breakfast!!! (I know, I'm weird). Have a legal day!

          Happy Hump Day STAC'ers

          I am working on my second cup of tea and then I will have some sausage for breaky today. It is not even 8 am yet here.

          My butt cheeks are sore from all the bowling I did on the Wii- I though my upper body would be sore after the boxing but I guess not.

          Congrats Mrs Hartzell on seeing the scale move.

          Judyintn great loss. I haven't been in the 160's since I met my husband before I was pregnant about 17-18 years ago...... You must feel fantactic

          I need to go to the market again today. Cheeseburger quiche sounds great. Maybe I will make one of those this week. I had canadian bacon quiche Saturday & Sunday. I still have about 2 pounds of chopped canadian bacon and I am starting to get sick of it. I wonder if I can stick it back in the freezer?

            Good afternoon everyone! Looks like I'm not the only one checking in late today. On plan and drinking LOTS of water today. I have even skipped tea for lunch for 2 days in a row. Trying to stick with water for the most part. My Diet Cokes are the last hurdle, I'm down to only one every few days, which is a huge improvement! Also staying off of the scales for a few days - I just get mad at them

            Hope everyone has a great, on-plan afternoon!

              happy hump day everyone!

              I have big time ketosis mouth today, yech/yay! ha! TOM is looming, so I won't be getting on the scale for a few days. other than that, I've been good foodwise, and am really feeling like cooking. I should make some room in my freezer and take advantage of it.

              first practice back with the derby league tomorrow night! I'm nervous. wish me luck.

                Been here all day...only my 5th day in induction and two days ago I had realized I was up 3 pounds...leveled out today and I'm down a total of 5.5 from my start a week ago (8.5 if you count the three I went up). Seeing all of your support for each other, and especially seeing the before an after pics, has helped me through this first week.

                  Julie, I warned you yesterday about bowling.

                  Not much to report today, other than I am trying out a new recipe tonight. I am making a low carb chimichanga. If it isn't crap, I'll post it in the recipe section. My wife helped come up with the idea and some of the logistics. It should be good. Much lower in carbs than the low carb burrito tortillas (10 grams).

                    I successfully did the low carb chimichanga for dinner tonight. Fully dressed with sour cream and salsa, I counted 6 grams of carbs. Recipe is in the main dishes forum. I also realized that the two nights I had two michelob ultras I lost weight. I haven't lost weight recently without them. I think I found a new supplement.

                              Have had a good day today. Got so busy painting and drawing that I didn't think about food. So I would pick up olives, tuna and cheese between paintings. Now if I could just get out of the studio and get my exercise jump started again...
