I am back.... no I haven't really gained anything - I was stuck at 137 forever and then went on a total binge so right now I am back on induction as it has been awhile. I think I'm about 145 but I haven't gotten on the scale in a few days.
No - it's not a huge weight gain - but I am planning on having a tubal reversal soon and I want to be at a very ealthy weight in case I end up getting preg. I was denied because of my weight last time (186) but now different Dr and different circumstances so I am thrilled.
So - daily check in again..... just had a muffin in a minute to get going. I've dropped caffeine - and haven't dropped sodas yet (I have 1 more in the fridge - LOL) but I'm heading out to the store for some flavored water for me (sorry I really just can't stand the null taste of water - even though I love the water from my well - just doesn't do anything for me right now)
My 1 indulgence I'm not giving up is heavy cream in my coffee.... I have decaf chocolate flavored coffee which is just super yummy and I love it. So I'll deal with that.
I need to start walking again - and I plan to do that starting tomorrow. 20 minutes a day is my goal..... and sit ups and all that jazz...
I'll get there and stay there!! I'd love to be 125 but I just want to fit into all the pairs of jeans in my closet - LOL

No arguments from me!!! So then 1 binge led to another which led to another and another - 1 cheat won't hurt attitude.... now I sit at 148... so I'll be back to weighing myself everyday - it makes me think and remember what I am doing. Just need to get the bloat feeling outta me!!!
