YOur sugar cravings WILL go away at night-the problem I am having is that I am still hungry sometimes and think I am eating to much CHEESE.

Guekjian = just an ordinary digital scale. I always round up or down depending on where it's sitting. Sometimes I'll even round up with a .4 if it's a new-low... chances are the next day it'll be up a bit again before falling to the new-low permanently.

Okay you fish eaters.... My mom and dad are great fisherman and try to get me to eat fried fish at their house all the time. The last time we were home my mom was at her wits end because she normally she dredges it in flour. I showed her a new way though... (we were using Northern or Walley fish by the way)

Take about two cups of parmesan cheese and ad salt and pepper - place this in a pie plate. Next take two or three scrambled eggs and put them in a seperate bowl. Grab a piece of fish and dip it into the egg mixture...next coat it with the parmesan cheese. Place in a frying pan...I had this on medium high heat with olive oil covering the bottom. Cook fish about three minutes per side...fish should turn white when done. I ate this without any sauce...but you can take some mayo and cut up a pickle and then add a little juice. (tatar sauce)

        Hope you like.

          Re: Roll Call Tuesday 2/24

Hey all, I finally have a chance to really post something this week! Sorry I've been somewhat absent this week, we are in the middle of a large training cycle at work and I have duty, so 12-16 hr days have been the norm. I am sleep deprived but doing well other than that. No losses to report, and no booze since Friday. Still haven't lost the booze/food weight from last Friday, at least not both pounds. I started putting flax seed in everything I eat to up my fiber intake. I guess the theory is that if I bump my fiber up and drink more water, I should feel fuller longer. I should also become more regular. I haven't noticed either one of them.

I made some chili last night. 1.5 pounds of ground beef, 1 can of tomato sauce (21 net carbs, 7 fiber), 32 oz of beef stock (0 carbs), 1 packet of chili seasoning (8 net carbs, 4 fiber), a healthy dose of my home made hotsauce (2 net carbs, 2 fiber), and 1 cup of milled flax seed (0 net carbs, 64 fiber). Over the course of the day I ate half of it with a gallon of water. The hotsauce makes water intake easy, it's crazy hot. That's almost 40 grams of fiber. With all that hotsauce, I'm almost afraid to be regular now.

Anyway, I am within a pound of my signature weight again and can't wait to join Julie and Vickie's challenge. Great idea. Won't promise much weight, but I will make up for it with the exercise and water intake.

It's great to be back for a few minutes.
