Hi Everyone! Sounds like yesterday was a mix of loss and no loss which I know is common! Last week I bought that jumbo bad of shredded cheddar and must have left it on my counter the other day as I think my Weimaraner stole it! He is a counter surfer and when I am trying to actually "cook" in the kitchen, I lose track and forget to put stuff back in the fridge... Maybe that is my sign that I am eating too much cheese. I have opted for the cream cheese dessert as my allotment every 3 or 4 days as it gets me by and keeps me "on plan"- I could eat a double portion of that! I do have a question... about FITday-has anyone found they have to enter things in manually? I went to put in string beans and the carb count (even minus the fiber) was much higher than my package said. Then I started to look and the measurements are the same from certain packages, but the carbs on fitday don't seem high. I actually find I am having to fake the oz. or general quantity to get the carbs right. Just wanted to see as vegetables are important for me to have the correct carb count as they are the primary source of carbs and with all of this hard work, heaven's knows I don't want to go over! Everyone have a great day! Even though I feel like I shouldn't, I am going to weigh in on Monday/halfway through induction and see if I had any sort of change this time-I would be happy with a pound!
