    Okay everyone-feeling pretty crappy. I ate 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg-the cheese melted onto the english muffins so according to McD's, I only had 4 carbs for the whole cheat...I am sure the salt alone will kill me! I HAVE to try more water today-getting that heavy feeling again but will see if I a=can get up the nerve to weigh in on Monday! Congrats to everyone that lost and everyone else, let's keep plugging away!

      Hi everyone,

      Checking in here. I think what I notice the most with a lot of 'outside' prepared food is the salt! Big time AND the sugar. I think when we eat that food all the time we don't notice it anymore but when you take a break and then go back - the food just tastes bad.

        I'm here. Checking in....

        I'm going to restart induction Monday the right way. I've been flat out abusing my body with my eating habits lately. I'm not eating carbs, but I've barely been eating and then getting Capt'n and Diets at night... So, yeah, I'm losing weight, but I knwo it's the wrong way and I don't have that healthy energetic buzz about me that I usually do.

        So, yeah. I'm going to make it through the weekend, and start 100% legal again Monday.

          I'm finally able to take a moment to check in - here I am!
          Work is definitely keeping me busy!!

          Things are good - I'm going steady and strong.
          But it's lunch time right now and the salad bar in the lobby is calling to me! I'm going to have a small salad with tuna, a little tomato, an itty bitty sprinkle of sunflower seeds, cheese (I think it's Jack) with ranch dressing - all mixed with Korean kimchi. MMMM! The kimchi (fermented cabage & chili pepers) just gives the salad a fantastic zing!

          Busy weekend planned - painting the walls in my client's condo, shopping for curtains, and I think I'm going to find a canvas so I can paint a painting for over her fireplace. I also have lots of painting to do at my place! I'll have to remember to 1) eat and 2) drink my water!

            Ok I am here checking in.

            So happy its Friday ! I had a good week keeping 20 carbs and
            under, just a couple red wines after work. So far I do not see
            it affecting me to much.

            So on the way home I will reward my mostly perfect week with
            a McDonalds Double Quarter pounder with cheese, minus the bun.
            I usally ask then to make it plain so its just the beef and cheese
            and without the ketchup and onions.

            You all are great, we can do this !

              I am here and checking in....

              EverLosing is feeling EverLost. Inches are coming off but not pounds and I feel like I've been playing tug of war with the same few pounds for weeks. The biggest problem is not knowing who the enemy is! I started taking the pill a week and a half ago and that's the only thing I can come up with. I have no idea what true effect it's having on my body. I am NOT happy or content these days. I'm thinking about going to buy some of TJ's nectar. It seems to work for him. The downside is....I absolutely HATE beer. Maybe the Ultra's are my best friend and I just haven't met them yet....who knows?!
