    Hi Everyone

    My weekend was busy with projects - and my "exercise" involved painting my client's condo. Still more to do over there... I wish I could give up my day job so that I could do this full time because there's too much work involved to cram into evenings and weekends only! Too much work is good... if all goes well (i.e., more clients/more projects), I'll be leaving my job for sure!! Something to work toward!!

    Still struggling with my water intake. I love my water - I think it's just about laziness. As soon as I finish typing this post I'll get up, go to the lunchroom and fill my water bottle!

    Weight loss was great this weekend, hitting 207 (206.8lbs) on Sunday!
    But then when I weighed in this morning... 208.6 Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day... I'll compare tomorrow's weight with last weeks and I know I'll be happy! It'll look like a nice drop (212 down to about 208: 4lbs) but in reality my start weight should be 210 (because of last weeks funny increase) - so a real loss of 2lbs. I'm not sad about 2lbs!! I'm just annoyed at the ups and downs of the scale. But that's what I have to put up with because I choose to weigh every day.

    Okay - back to work AND off to get water

      Just checking in at 8:00 PM, better late then never.

      Monday is here and another week to take care of business on
      this program, got the treadmill done by 10:30 AM and things
      are lookin up !

        Thought I would check in before Heroes comes on. I'm addicted to it! Needless to say, I am addicted to Atkins. I feel so wonderful. Weight loss is slow, but it is definitely coming off. I'm not ashamed to go anywhere now! Before, I just wanted to bury my head in the sand, or for around here, in the dirt. Rode my bike after supper, getting better at that too. Everybody, keep to the program and keep on losing.

            Congrats on the headache. It means you are doing it right. Carb withdrawl only lasts a few days, grab some water and you'll be fine.

              Hi everyone,

              9:30 and just checking in. I was so busy today and did what? I feel like I didn't get anything done but I know I must have. Regardless, exercise didn't happen in the morning so it didn't get done. Will be at the gym first thing tommorrow morning.

              confession: at the family gathering yesterday - I ate a small piece of lasagna. Yep. I'm over it now. It was about 1/3 of what I would call a 'normal' piece. Oh well, onwards.
