      Hi everyone,

      Just checking in.

      I was here a few hours ago but it was right after my treadmill
      session and I upped the time to 45 minutes and felt kinda blah
      and light headed and the thought of typing made me dizzy.

      But all is well now and have the inner joy of knowing I did
      my workout and upped the time.

        Hello STACers! I just couldn't resist weighing myself today and IM DOWN 6 POUNDS!!!! YAY!!! I know I can do this. I just have to stick with it this time. Im thinking I'll start an exercise program this weekend (Im working 12 hour shifts the next two days). Maybe I can kick this into high gear! Im so excited!

        Julie - We just moved into a new house, so I totally understand what your going through. It was all chaos and mayhem for a couple weeks and it was driving me completely INSANE! I hope you start to feel better soon! Just take one thing at a time!

          I'm here. Cheated today... and I've been nibblign on carbs a little bit in the last few days... and drinking alcohol...

          I need to restart.

          Personal drama in my life has been going on too... which I've linked closely to the days I eat carbs... hmmm...

          I'm brushing off cleaning up and having a clean day for the rest of the day and tomorrow and the next day and so on...

            Hi plsmachic,

            Hang in there, tough times never last, but tough people do.

            Falling down and getting back up is half the battle !

            I do have a glass or 3 of wine at night after a long day at
            work and so far so good. I never beat myself up over it.
            It might slow my losses a little, but I accept that.

            Sounds like your back in the right direction, hope all
            will go good for you.

                I'm in it to win it! haha cheesy!

                I feel a lot better, day 6 for me - I feel good but I don't feel like I am losing - I am patient though and enjoy eating without carbs and sugar anyway

                Cravings are almost completely gone but I have to force myself to eat, going to drink my 64 oz water of the early day!
