    Good afternoon to everyone. Just checking in. My horrible day at work yesterday has carried over into today, so I'm feeling pretty blech. It seems like (at least in the Veterinary field) the crazies all come out when there's a full moon. Aside from that I'm doing fantastic on induction - day 5 for me and I'm down 9 pounds. At least thats one thing to be happy about. Im also looking forward to the weekend. The weather is supposed to be fairly decent here in Michigan, so my hubby and I are going horseback riding for the first time this year! YAY! Hope everyone else is well!

      good morning everyone! checking in!

      I murdered my tailbone last night at practice! I'm so glad I'm sitting on a somewhat cushy yoga ball instead of a chair right now, hahahaha!

      I'm still feeling kinda TOM-bloated today, and realized I have no idea how long most women hold their bloat for. any ideas? I never wondered about it until today!

          Last night I had the best dinner yet. I got some chipped steak and sauteed it with some chopped pepper and onion, mixed a little pizza sauce into it, and melted some colby jack on it. It was the best philly cheesesteak I've ever tasted...and I washed it down with a michelob ultra.

          And TJ...the mic diet works for me! I woke up 3 pounds down from yesterday! (not that I think ALL of it will last, but it was a nice surprise to see 284 on the scale today). That brought me to an overall 40 pound loss, if only for a little while)

          Have a great weekend everyone. I will be away until Sunday night at spring training for my baseball team.

            Hi - checking in for roll call

            Today's weigh in saw me down another pound - 206 - but I won't record it in my siggy until I see it for at least 2 days straight. Regardless, I always love seeing the scale move downward!!

            Happy Birthday Becki - and how awesome that you've planned ahead for your birthday treat!!

            Ev - fingers crossed that you'll see one-derland again tomorrow and the next day... etc.!! Looking forward to your check-in so I can read the good news

            Julie - good to hear that your house is done and that you're taking it easy this weekend! I had a wee chuckle, though... you said you "plan" on taking it easy and you "plan" on going to the gym... but you also said that you have no "plans"! I'd say that you definitely have plans... and it's all about you! Excellent!!

            TJ - one-derland is waiting for you! After that 5k run today you'll definitely have to treat yourself to that special beer you drink with your dinner tonight! If I drank beer I'd have to give it a try - it seems to be working for NewTo!!

            I'm finally making it through my water - at least 75oz (we count mLs here in Canada so I'm constantly doing the conversion). I'm pleased

                    Jon, glad to see the mic diet works for you. I think I'll take a dose myself tonight. I finished my 5k in 28 minutes today, I usually come in around 31. I was 200.2 after showering, so no Wonderland for me today. I spent another quality hour lifting today, so I'll probably be back around 202 tomorrow morning, depending on how many mics I have tonight. My legs were tired after the run, but I think I have another one in me for tomorrow, maybe a 2 mile jog, also depending on the mic dosage tonight. Last week my legs were so sore I was still walking funny the Monday after the Friday run.

                      Hi everyone,

                      Checking in at the end of the day. I'm so frazzled with so much to do. I need to sit down with my agenda and get things under control. I think I'll do that for tonight - so the weekend and the rest of the week will flow more smoothly. This week is March break in our area and I can't take the week off next week so it is a juggling act.

                      Becki: congrats on your birthday. What a great example you are for planning. You planned really well for that. Hope it all goes well.
