          I'm back on plan today and its so funny because I've already had 1/3 or my water intake for the day - going for 140 ounces. Anyway....I've had to use the restroom 3 times in the last hour and I'm actually excited about it! LOL. Love that washing away the fat feeling.

              Hello! Checking in late. I'm here and on plan. It's been....a day. But tomorrow is FRIDAY and I'm looking forward to that!! I'm going to tackle the house tonight and clean. I want to enjoy my weekend and I won't for a moment if there's too much to do around the house! Still hanging at 197. Hopefully, I can find a way to switch things up and shed some pounds consistently for awhile!

                Sandy did you ever make it to water aerobics?

                All you sickies - I feel your pain! I've been fighting something most of the week and am struggling to even think about exercising. I'm planning on doing a quick 30 mins tonight before I fall into bed to watch my fav shows - thank god for Tivo cus I'll probably fall asleep 5 mins after my head hits the pillow.

                I joined the Weigh? No Way! Challenge - hoping to break my co-dependence with the scale and it's result or lack there of. I know I am doing everything right... my body just needs to realize it LOL

                  Good evening all! Checking in late as usual, but Im here and feeling fantastic! I bought a new digital scale yesterday (so I can torment myself) and it came with a pedometer which I was pretty excited about. So I wore it to work today and as it turns out I walked a little over two miles. Im on my feet at work all day, and only sit down for lunch or when Im recording lab work or something, but I had no idea I walked that far in a typical work day. Now I dont feel so lazy! lol.

                  Im sorry to all of you who are sick! We have a three year old who attends daycare, so we inevitably get some wierd illness about every 4 weeks. I feel your pain. Hurry up and feel better!

                    Jealous Mrs.Davis...I want a new scale, too! I'm planning on buying one the very next time I get a Bed, Bath and Beyond coupon for 20% off...which of course, till now, it seemed as though I received them weekly (and promptly threw them out)...but now that I actually NEED one, none to be found! Of course! LOL

                    Till then I'm measuring in 1/2 pound increments...and repeatedly to see which number "sticks". My digital is messed up. The very first reading is sometimes 1-2 pounds lighter than subsequent readings immediately following. But this morning, it said 279 the first 3 times I tried...so I'm taking it darnit!

                    Successfully did Atkins in 1998 using 1992 copy of the book...before it was "hip". Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again.

                      A little sad today, the evil scale went up today. Even though I'm pretty sure this is because it's about to be my TOM, it still hurts a little.
