That is terrible. I have a friend who says the same thing.
Maybe you haven't found the right activity for you? The Ipod makes it much more enjoyablefor me.
One of my favorite things when I was younger was aerobics class followed by circuit training- nothing better than dancing. For me it depends on the instructor and the music style.
I have issues with spending time on myself. When I get to the gym I want to leave after an hour and get home to do more important things. I do enjoy working out and it makes me feel so much better mentally.
If I ever get healthy enough I am going to join a volley ball team. I used to be pretty good and I love being on a team. My doctors nurse does the roller derby thing.
My point is we have to find things that we enjoy.
I want to take kayak lessons (to see if I like it) and learn to play the drums (my daughter has a set) maybe when I reach my goal I will take lessons for the winter.
