    Happy FRIDAY !!!!!!

    I am on the wagon again, come on everyone, just because its Friday does NOT meen this is a Rest Home ! Lets do it !


    Wow ! I surprise myself sometimes LOL

    Lets get though the weekend and make new goals for the
    coming week

      Good morning, STACer's!! Down another pound for 39.5 lbs down altogether!! I'll take it! A vendor I see once a week came in to work yesterday and said, "Wow! What happened in the past week? You look awesome!" I usually see a whoosh after people notice changes and I haven't had a recent whoosh....so I'm waiting! The 180's don't seem so far away!! Four pounds away!! I'm planting a flower garden on Saturday so I expect a nice weigh in on Sunday or Monday!

      Did I mention it's Friday?? It's FRIDAY, people!! I'm so glad to say goodbye to this week! It was a rough one at work and good riddance!! Spring is in the air! Can't wait for summer!

          Morning all
          It's bank holiday here in the UK - is it a holiday in the states?
          All on track food wise.
          I am about to do some exercise to try and start getting the pounds to drop again.

            Mornin!

            Zara some folks here in the US have today off - It's Good Friday.. others like my DH had to work It's so nice having the house to myself!!

            I have a lot planned for today.. I'm just waiting for the wave of motivation to hit me so I can accomplish at least half my goals lol.

            We've been trying to find the perfect color to paint our den/tv room and each color we test on the wall comes out uglier than the last! It's so frustrating! So today one of my goals is to lock down a color so I can prep and paint over the next 2 weeks.

            Anyhow! heading out for a walk soon.

            Ever - grats on the loss!!

            Koob - Good idea! Setting a new goal to workout 6 out of 7 days this week.

                Good Morning.. I am so glad its Friday! I am worn out...Getting use to working and such wears you out... Since its Good Friday...my son and husband have a tradition to go to a Mud Bog.. I am taking my daughter and her boyfriend for haircuts and then I will go to work at 12...and probably be there until 5 or 6....

                I have been so good food wise.. I probably need to eat more cause I am not eating a whole lot...But I went grocery shopping yesterday and am trying to work on things...

                    Good morning ALL!!! Been doing really well with my water and food I don't know what came over me at about 9 last night, but i DEVOURED a pork chop - couldn't wait til morning

                      Good Morning All!

                      I got my bloodwork back and it seems that the bad test I got was accurate. I spent a couple of hours having a heart to heart with myself. I was thinking how unfair this whole thing is that I have been doing this for 114 days and my bloodwork is crap. I could be enjoying an occasional slice of pizza or some fettucini alfredo every now and again. I would probably not gain weight back as long as I kept exercising. Heart disease is jut in my genes, and no matter what I do I'm looking at trouble down the road.

                        ... Or I could just rededicate myself to this wonderful lifestyle and start kicking butt on a whole new level next week. Strict induction, cutting out the sausage and salt, exercising harder, pounding more water, and posting more. Let's face it, I'm a loser, I belong with you losers, and you aren't getting rid of me that easily.

                          Happy Happy Friday STAC'ers

                          I am so glad it is Friday. I need the weekend to get caught up on rest, house work, laundry and fun.

                          I weighed in today- no loss. I actually have felt bloated all week so that is not a big surprize. I also feel a little dehydrated (weird since I have been drinking my water). Hubby made breakfast yetserday and it was a little salty, bacon, Italian sausage, reindeer sauasge, eggs, mushrooms onions and eggs all scrambled together with seasoned potatoes (I didn't have any of those). It was yummy but I can't handle the salt.

                          I will do a fat fast for a couple of days and see if I can make my goal by Sunday.

                          Congrats Everloosing- it feels good when people notice your changes. I have found that it feels best when people you don't see as often notice. My daughter and husband make comments but I never know if they are just saying it to help motivate me or if they really mean it.
