I'm checking in after a rough two days. My dad was in one of his agitated states, and tried to get up and walk last night. he can't even stand up. Anyway, he fell and hit his head on the coffee table. We had to call a rescue squad. He didn't have a concussion, thank God, but his eye is totally black and red, and he has a real big cut underneath his eye, which they couldn't dress for fear of tearing it open even more. I was at the hospital til after twelve last night. He was doing better today as far as his mind goes. Not agitated today. God, sometimes it's so hard. I can see my Mom failling in health everyday, it is taking so much out of her.

Well, I'm still sticking to plan. can't seem to get enough water in, but plan to do better. I need to start exercising again no matter how tired I am. Good luck to everyone, hope you have a daily loss.
