Use olive oil and butter liberally. They add fat without adding much volume. Ground flax seed will also add healthy oils and fiber to what you are eating. You can "hide" a tablespoon of ground flax in almost anything. I add flax seed to my scrambled eggs and cook them in butter. Hope this helps,

He's been on antibiotics for a couple days and tomorrow he's having 2 major dental extractions to prepare for braces. For once, I'm so happy he's going to my ex husband's for the weekend!! HAHA, welcome to the realities of being a real parent. They'll have such a wonderful time together, hehe.
