i usually do my cardio in the morning and my strength in the afternoon. i do it in the morning cause i want to get it out of the way, and i do my other stuff in the afternoon cause after an hour of cardio i dont want to do anything else without flopping on the couch and resting for a couple hours lol

My ankles are a little puffy today...could it POSSIBLY be that I'm already heading into my monthly cycle 2 week span of weight nightmare? Crimony! Where does the time go??? I could SWEAR I just finished this. At least I know it's not bad food choices...that much I'm sure. So I'll just roll with the punches. 

)... the interior remodeling/decor business (i.e., dream job!) I'm trying to start... and my design class (love it!).
