    Good evening everyone!

    Welcome to all the newcomers Lots of new names in roll call this week - I love it!!

    Same ole same ole here - Everything is on track, I got in an extra walk today on my lunch hour. It feels so good to break up my hectic workday with some sunshine and a warm breeze coming in off the water (even tho it was low tide today - and very stinky LOL).

    Raj - Stay strong -back away from the pasta .. lol you know the cravings wont last very long!!

    Julie - I hope your hubby made out OK today. Nothing worse than a tooth ache ={

      Man I just had the best dinner! I made some baked hot wings. I didn't eat those of course, because I went to Publix and they had lobster tails on sale 4.99 each. I bought to and made the broiled lobster recipe in the Atkins book. OMG it was delicious! I plan on eating some chicken wings tonight before I go to bad with my 2nd cup of salad greens.

      I ate some mashed cauliflower, and it was just as good today as it was yesterday! I was looking at my fit day, and my ratio has been 63-67% fat, 5% carbs, and 28-35% protein.

      I looked at my fit day from when I started the first time and I had way more carbs and protein for % I think 10% carbs (still under 20 net carbs) up to 60% protein, and then the rest was fat. I lost weight though, but I'm going to see how the aboveformentioned ratios work out better!

        Hey!! It sure is good to have more low-carbers joining our gang! I still am having a hard time getting all my carbs in, but I'm still losing. When I can finally find the time to get my life together. I'm going to do this right. I've managed not to cheat, sometimes eat a little low carb ice cream, but so far no pounds gained with it. My hubby had chicken tenders fried in butter, green beans, and cauliflower fixed for my supper when I got home this evening. He has been so supportive!
